Yucaipa Residents It’s Time to Shred-It

By on July 24, 2020

Attention Residents! Do you have sensitive documents you want shredded? Here is your opportunity to safely dispose of these documents in an environmentally responsible way.

The city of Yucaipa will host a Shred-It Event for city residents on Saturday, July 25.

This free community event will be held at the Yucaipa Community Center at 34900 Oak Glen Road in the main parking lot on the west side. Hours for the event are from 8 am to 12 noon or until the truck is full.

Those wishing to attend this event must bring a photo ID, proof of residency and up to four boxes/bags of paper per person.  Boxes must be no larger than banker box size (12″ x 10″ x 16″) and bags 15 gallons or smaller.

Only residential paperwork will be accepted. Business waste, magazines, phone books, and catalogs are not allowed.

The city of Yucaipa and Burrtec ask that all residents who attend this event stay in their car at all times.  You will be asked to drive through the line, as indicated, and staff will take your materials to the onsite shredder.
