Interstate 10 Pavement Rehabilitation in Yucaipa Continues

Commuter Alert Caltrans to begin I-10 construction

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is once again repairing the pavement on Interstate 10 (I-10) in Yucaipa.

Beginning this Friday, February 21 at 10:00 pm Caltrans will close the I-10 eastbound on-ramp at Live Oak Canyon Road and lanes #3 and #4 for 55 hours to repave the lanes. The on-ramp and lanes will reopen on Monday, February 24 at 5:00 am. There will be an additional 55-hour lane closure for the on-ramp and lanes on Friday, February 28 at 10:00 p.m. and end March 2 at 5:00 a.m.

Also heading eastbound at County Line Rd., the off-ramp will be closed for 55-hours starting Friday, March 6 at 10 p.m. and ending Monday, March 9 at 5 a.m. Then the following weekend, beginning Friday, March 13 at 10 p.m. and ending Monday, March 16 at 5 a.m., lanes #1 and #2 will be closed for paving heading eastbound at County Line Rd.

Caltrans warns that additional closures may follow and weather conditions may affect the rehabilitation project.
